This role requires making a high volume of dials daily and setting appointments consistently.
Responsibilities:
Set qualified appointments for clients through effective cold-calling techniques.
Manage pipeline efficiently using CRM system.
Conduct 110 to 240 dials per day to generate leads.
Achieve an average of 2 to 6 appointments per day.
Continuously improve skills through daily training sessions and weekly Lunch & Earns.
Seize advancement opportunities and strive for performance-based rewards and incentives.
Requirements:
Sales-oriented mindset with prior experience preferred.
