Role: Sales Initial &Auto Claims Agent (Dual Role)

ClaimCare Concierge is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Sales and ClaimCare Agents. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including sales agents, dispatchers, logistics brokers, auto and life insurance agents, travel agents, bank agents, licensed adjusters, and customer service representatives.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires.

Position: Sales and ClaimCare Agent (Dual Role)

Competitive compensation: 40-50% commission split with residual income

Requirements: Computer, High-speed internet and a headset

Key Sales Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, generating leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Product Knowledge: Understand and promote the company’s products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how the products meet their needs.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any objections or concerns.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, providing regular updates to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and improve overall customer experience.
