Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in generating and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with telemarketing and sales experience who enjoys communicating with potential customers and has a passion for driving business growth.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate interest in our products or services
- Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
- Utilize inside sales techniques to identify customer needs and promote our offerings
- Negotiate appointment times that work for both the prospect and the sales representative
- Market our products or services by highlighting their features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment setting process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong market awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
