Job Description

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting retail stores, building relationships with store owners/managers, and driving sales of our vape products.

Responsibilities

Retail Visits: Regularly visit retail stores, vape shops, convenience stores, and other potential retail partners across your designated territory.

Sales Generation: Present and sell our extensive range of vape products to store owners and managers.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to encourage repeat business.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to retail staff on the features and benefits of our products.

Reporting: Track and report sales activities, market feedback, and customer concerns to the management team.

Work from Home: Manage administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and planning from your home office.

Requirements

Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the vape or related industry.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet sales targets.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.

Transportation: Reliable vehicle for travel to retail locations.

Passion: Genuine interest in the vape industry and a desire to help retailers succeed.
