Do you wake up ready to get things done—on the phone, in a spreadsheet, behind the scenes—so a mission can move forward without delay?

We are hiring an Executive Success Manager to directly support the Founder of Knowledge Point Network, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring lives through veteran empowerment, mental health outreach, land stewardship, and youth programs.

This role is for someone who:

Calls daily with clear outcomes in mind

Sets and confirms meetings with follow-through

Writes grants and fills out proposals independently

Creates spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks, and content for publishing

Thinks strategically, listens deeply, and acts without needing constant instruction

Turns rejection into innovation and builds solutions that stick

Is just as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a prayer

You’ll organize 4–6 meaningful events annually, ensure donors and volunteers are honored, and protect the time and energy of the Founder so he can lead, speak, and inspire.

To Apply – Take These Steps Now:

Send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re a fit for this mission

Do your homework: Watch a few KPN videos on YouTube, explore our website, and include 2–3 ideas on how you’d bring immediate value

Email your materials to: CLemail with the subject line: "Executive Success Manager Application"

If selected, we’ll send you a link to book directly into Ed Ponikvar’s calendar for a first-round conversation

This is a calling—not just a job. We move fast.

Interviews begin this week.
