Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team in the life and health insurance industry. This is a commission-based role, where you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads via phone and email to schedule appointments.
Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with potential clients.
Keep track of scheduled appointments and follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
IMPORTANT: Must be available to attend various huddles and webinars via Zoom, as attendance is essential for learning more about the business.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
