Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the dealership.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
Sales Process:
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
Present and explain vehicle options, pricing, and financing options.
Negotiate pricing and terms in a transparent and customer-focused manner.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
Attend regular training sessions and stay informed about new inventory and promotions.
Documentation:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
