Must have a clean valid driver's license / driving record.
Clean background check is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in fence / construction estimating required.
Successful candidate will have experience with commercial and residential general construction.
Meet with customers, measure fence lines, create take-offs, create submittals, estimate materials and labor costs, price projects, send proposals, review GC subcontracts in detail prior to upper management approval, prepare work orders and diagrams directing the installers on each specific project.
Must keep an open line of communication with management.
Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays may arise.
Must be reliable.
Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Virtual Plan Room, and On Screen Take-Off.
