We are looking for motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, and selling our top-notch roofing and home restoration products. Your goal will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales to help homeowners improve and protect their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities in assigned territories.
- Present and promote our roofing and restoration products to potential customers.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits and features of our products.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for further consultations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door sales, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,466.00 - $72,543.00 per year
Compensation package:
