Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Agent with a minimum of two years of automotive sales experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry, skilled in customer relations, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Interaction:

Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.

Guide customers through the sales process, from test drives to final purchase decisions.

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach to enhance the dealership’s reputation.

Negotiation & Closing:

Effectively negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values.

Work with the finance and management team to finalize deals.

Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge & Inventory Management:

Stay updated on vehicle specifications, promotions, and industry trends.

Assist in managing inventory by keeping track of vehicle availability and incoming stock.

Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional dealership services.

Follow-Up & Relationship Management:

Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with leads, inquiries, and previous customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Provide after-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with the sales team and other dealership departments to optimize the sales process.

Participate in training and dealership meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of various vehicle brands, features, and financing options.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using dealership management systems and CRM tools.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
