Sales experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person to become a top closer.

What You'll Need:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic knowledge or experience using computers and mobile phones.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Bilingual in Spanish
High school diploma/GED.
Compensation:
$13.00-$16.00 per hour + Commission.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in Spanish and English.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
Present phones, plans, and promotions in a clear and engaging way.
Follow training and coaching to close sales and achieve store goals.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers while providing the best solutions for their wireless needs.
Comply with company standards, policies, and regulations.
Handle requests/questions about products and services.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, store managers, and district leadership.
Stay updated on all pricing, products, and special promotions; upsell and cross-sell when possible.
