Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance policies, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients to ensure informed decision-making.
Customize insurance plans to meet client requirements and budget.
Negotiate with insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay up to date with industry trends, insurance regulations, and product offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Process applications, renewals, and policy modifications efficiently.
Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be Spanish & English bilingual - Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, finance, or related field preferred).
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of various insurance products and industry regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
