Responsibilities:
Biligual is a MUST
Handle outbound and inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
Address customer concerns - Understand and maintain product knowledge
Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments
Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
Outstanding Customer Service
Prepare vehicle title transfer ( Experience not required)
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
Knowledge Social Media Skills: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
Proficient in Text Messaging
Outstanding Relationship Building Skills with Potential Clients.
Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent problem solving skills
Schedule Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 10-3pm
