Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team at Auto Expo Houston. The BDC personnel will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit our dealership.

Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and encourage sales.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.

Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

Maintain and update all outsource marketing sites and social media accounts.

Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the BDC.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Spanish speaking is a plus; additional education or training is a plus.
