We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join
our team. The Car Sales Representative will be responsible for selling used cars
to customers, identifying their needs and preferences, providing information on
available options, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Meet with customers to determine their car buying needs and preferences
Provide information on available cars, including features, specifications,
and pricing
Conduct test drives and demonstrate car features to customers
Negotiate sales prices and financing terms with customers
Complete sales contracts and paperwork accurately and efficiently
Assist with car delivery and follow up with customers after the sale
Assist with REMOTE DEALS (out of state) customer sales and shipping
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
and referrals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology to improve sales
skills and knowledge
Requirements
Must speak Spanish
Previous experience in car sales or related fields preferred but will train the right person.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
