ALTIUS Graphics creates, produces, and installs vinyl graphics for vehicles, interior and exterior spaces, and architectural applications. To service prominent business-to-business clients in the Greater Houston area, we are looking to expand our team with an Account Executive.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development and is a full-time salary + commission position. New business account acquisition is the main responsibility of the function (B2B).

As the industry leader, we are searching for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Experience in large format printing (Vehicle Wrap, Vehicle graphics, Fleet Wrap, Wall Graphics, and Window Wraps) and architectural signage is preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate

The chosen applicant will possess enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.

Summary of Position: The Account Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers and developing new accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining and nurturing existing accounts in healthcare, energy, home services, and transportation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prospecting new customers and developing new business accounts.

Outreach via cold calling, email campaigning, and digital targeting.

Lead, Quote, Sell, and Close customer projects.

Demonstrate the company’s products and services to customers.

Support internal production and graphic design teams in understanding customers' needs. Act as the liaison between the customer and the company.

Identify new institutional and government accounts.

Qualifications / Skills:

A college degree in business or related field

Minimum of 2 years in B2B Sales, cold calling, customer profiling, and lead generation in the greater Houston area.

Experience in the use of CRM software, and other computer software.

Previous experience in large-format printing or a similar marketing services role is a plus.

Experience in graphics and signage sales

Willingness to engage customers over the telephone and in person as needed.

Internet and social media savvy with an understanding of digital marketing.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

The ability to multi-task.

Relevant Information for the Candidate:

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Base Salary $3,000 a month plus a cap-less commission structure. Minimum anticipated annual earnings of $54,000. There is no maximum cap on commissions.

Six-month probationary period.
