Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
Build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Conduct background investigations on potential hires.
Stay informed about industry trends in recruitment and talent management.
Use Excel to track and report on open positions.
Work with the team to reduce the time needed to fill vacant roles.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Recruiting experience in the security industry is preferred.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time, hourly position based at our Houston corporate office, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (three days per week).
