Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager to join our team. We are expanding from Dallas so this is a new expansion opportunity that we plan to open in June 2024. As an Audio Visual Manager, you will be responsible for the overseeing the day to day operations of the new office. You will work closely with clients to ensure their audio visual needs are met and provide technical support as required.
Duties:
-Perform Site Walks with Clients
-Develop relationships with Clients and Partners
-Hire and Fire Installers and Project Managers
-Assist with the design of AV systems for Clients
- Install and configure audio visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on audio visual systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their audio visual requirements and provide recommendations
- Create and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams for audio visual installations
- Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with the setup and operation of audio visual equipment for events or presentations
- Provide training to clients on the operation of audio visual systems
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using hand tools for installation and maintenance purposes
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Familiarity with telecommunication technologies and protocols
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience working with low voltage systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a minimum of 5+ years in the AV Field
