We are premier wholesaler of RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinets with our own inventory in Houston.
We are particularly interested in seeking Sales Representative to sell our product to builders, contractor, retail dealer and wholesale distributors. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in home remodel industry.
As a Sales Representative at B&J Cabinetry, you will play a very important role in driving new business and expanding our reach in this industry.
Responsibilities
Outside sales and Inside sale
Establishing contact with potential customers
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
Provide product information to customers.
Oversee and grow retail and builder client relationships.
Coordinate and design kitchen and bath projects.
Interpret sketches, blueprints, and construction specifications effectively.
Engage with clients on the sales floor, providing expert product knowledge.
Provide timely consultation and design revisions.
Ensure follow-up on estimates and maintain satisfactory closing rates.
Proactively engage with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to expand client base.
Monitor industry trends in terms of color, style, size; identify emerging markets and develop plans
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the multifamily industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
