We make candles that melt into lotion and are carried by stores all over the United States including Buc-ee's and Central Market.
We are looking for the right fit.
If you have never made candles or worked in a warehouse / manufacturing facility don't fret. We will train you.
Our ideal employee is a positive person that has a good work ethic.
The job requirements are:
Ability to periodically lift 45 pounds or less.
Repeat a task with precision.
Be on feet for a full shift.
Work at a steady and prompt pace.
Be able to follow production procedures which will include basic mathematics.
Ability to work in a candle factory.
There are some nice pros to this job.
Most manufacturing facilities are not climate controlled and are dirty. This place has the vibes down and is climate controlled. Retail makes you deal with a lot of silly rules. Hours randomly changing, people being mean for no reason etc. We have a small team of positive people. We are closed to the public. Be excited to come to work. No drama. No silly rules just because of power plays. We just come to work, make the finest candles in Texas, have food catered periodically, and in general have a nice time then go home.
Pay will start at $14/hour for training and after 4 weeks will increase to $16/hour.
Hours per week will be around 30-40. Monday thru Friday 9-3 or 9-5 depending on load for the week.
