Property management company is hiring:
We are a full service real estate company specializing in property management for single family residential houses and small residential apartment communities.
Staff Positions:
1. Leasing - processing lease applications and screening, tenant move outs, tenant move ins, customer service, etc.
2. Property Management - collections, evictions, customer service, etc.
3. Maintenance - coordinate tenant maintenance work orders, tenant move out make ready's, work with contractors, customer service, etc.
Looking for:
1. Good communicator
2. Problem solver
3. Fast learner
4. Be a go getter, self-starter and problem solver.
5. Be good getting around the computer.
6. Speak English/Spanish is a plus.
7. Experience is a plus but it is not required if you are a good fit and your a fast learner and you don't need much training.
