We are seeking for experienced General Contractors to take charge of home renovation projects. Specifically, we need someone that can manage full rehabs of properties that we intend to fix and flip in Houston. The ideal candidate must have a reliable team and also know people or other vendors that can handle all aspects of the rehab, including:
Plumbing
Electrical
Drywall / Sheetrock
Carpentry
Painting
Full bathroom and kitchen remodeling (includes installing tile)
Flooring
Roofing
Foundation
Other general home renovations
