Midtown / Heights Area

Our team values creativity, organization, and a proactive mindset. We’re looking for an intern or part time to support both our digital marketing efforts and general office administration.

Position Overview:

The Social Media & Administrative Intern or Part Time hire will assist in executing social media strategies, creating content, and managing clerical tasks to support smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, creative, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing and business administration.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages

Help with content ideation and trend research

Track and report on social media analytics

Assist in basic graphic design using tools like Canva

Clerical & Administrative Support

Organize digital files and maintain databases

Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Prepare basic reports, emails, and documents

Perform data entry and light bookkeeping support

Help with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Familiarity with major social media platforms

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Etc.)

Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks, Canva, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later), or basic graphic/video editing
