Sol Mar Realty, LLC, is a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm that focuses on Single Family Portfolios and Multifamily Properties. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in Multifamily Properties to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional multi-tiered, multi-income stream commission-based opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in Multifamily Property and commercial property sales. At Sol Mar Realty, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate Multifamily Property transactions and achieve their real estate goals and working the sell side from in-house leads from Sol Mar Real Estate Investments, LLC., client list and unique marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Work in-house generated leads wherein the clients are ready, willing, and able to buy or sell (motivated & qualified via our specific programs).
Identify, research, and evaluate potential Multifamily Property investment opportunities for clients.
Conduct thorough market analysis, including property values, market trends, and demographics, to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of multifamily property owners, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote multifamily property listings and attract potential buyers.
Guide clients through the entire multifamily property acquisition process, including site selection, due diligence, zoning regulations, value-adds and negotiations.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and relevant legal requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, with a focus on Multifamily brokerage. Other commercial property experience is a plus!
Proven track record of successfully closing Multifamily deals and achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of Multifamily, zoning regulations, value adds, environmental considerations, and other relevant factors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret market data and provide strategic advice.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and other relevant real estate tools.
Active and in good standing, a Texas real estate license.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
