Hiring full - part time receptionist. Two days off during the week with rotating weekend schedule.
Animal clinic experience would be preferred, but not required.
Receptionist duties include:
Check in clients & check out clients
Invoicing & Payments
Busy phone, fax, and email
Stocking pharmacy, food items, and filling prescriptions
Inputting history & getting past history for new patients
Learning vaccine protocols and veterinary medical terminology
Opening & closing (must be ready to open at 7:30 am)
Must be a team player that can communicate with co-workers
