We're looking for a Supply Chain Order Processing Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in our daily operations.
In this position you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from entry to delivery. You'll be the linchpin that ensures our products get to our customers on time and in perfect condition.
What you'll be doing:
- Process and manage customer orders from various channels, mainly from Walmart, Dollar Tree, CVS, Home Depot.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics team, and sales teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
- Track and monitor orders, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, such as shipping delays or product shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of all order-related activities and documentation.
- Use our order management software and other systems to optimize workflow.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or order processing role. If you don't have this experience, we're willing to train from the ground up, but you must be a tedious and pay attention to detail type of person to be able to suffice the job's requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Our end customers are large box stores and they often update their workflow, therefore, you must have a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve issues and synchronize with the entire operative workflow.
- A high school GED is minimal.
