Qualified person will:
Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify candidates.
Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications
Work with clients to understand their staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles
Build and maintain relationships with job seekers, providing support throughout the recruitment process
Facilitate the hiring process
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
Bring
minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Bilingual in english and spanish
Knowledge of screening processes and interview methods
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfort working in a fast paced environment
