Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide information to clients and answer their inquiries.
Support the team with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
