A day in the life of the Project Manager could include:
Review, process, and oversee all assigned project work
Create long-and-short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to timelines
Initiate and monitor job budgets, schedules, change orders, and contracts
Work directly with our sales, design, production, and install teams to ensure project completion and success
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved
Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to include availability for work outside of normal business hours as required by management
Prioritize timelines and goals according to requirements and expectations
A few qualifications this integral person must possess are:
Experience in sign manufacturing, construction, or logistics industry a must
Must be able to manage fluid timelines and schedules
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively manage company and client expectations
Skill to investigate and find the root cause of issues and follow through with corrective action
Comfortable demanding excellence in self and team to ensure successful delivery of projects
