We are a growing Locksmith company seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our office team. This role focuses on accounts receivable using QuickBooks and general office tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions in QuickBooks
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, filing and administrative tasks
Provide support for general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Basic accounting knowledge required
QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy, responsible, and well-organized
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK.
Schedule:
Part-time with potential for full-time
