Houston Colors Contracting is a company that provides resurfacing, carpet cleaning, Roofing, and Plumbing services to Multi-family properties across the Houston area. Due to our recent expansion we are in need of a full time administrative assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls in a friendly manner
Receiving orders from our clients
Generating invoices via Quickbooks
Filing invoices
Resolving Situations,
Facilitate customer support service to our current clientele
Create Technician Schedules
Work is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Answer / Respond to emails
Assist with Accounts Receivable
Assist with Accounts Payable
Coordinate and Dispatch the Technicians
( Experience in the Apartment Industry is a plus)
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED or Equivalence certificate)
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Organized and Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Excellent computer skills
