Office Admin Looking to hire ASAP
Family-owned pallet manufacturing company in East Houston is looking for a versatile Office Admin.
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience
Bilingual - Spanish/English
Must be able to work 7am-3:30pm M-F.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls
Vendor management
Light bookkeeping
Assist with buyer with purchasing
Paying bills in QuickBooks
Keeping office organized
Greeting clients, vendors and employees with a friendly attitude and a smile :)
Translating for owners
Assisting owners in various other tasks as needed
