JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking an experienced administrative assistant/coordinator to join our team. We are a local hardscape construction company in the Katy area. The job would be a full time, 40 hour per week, on site position. The working hours each week will be 7 AM – 5 PM Monday through Thursday with a 1-hour lunch break and 7 AM – 11 AM on Fridays with no lunch break. These hours are subject to change slightly if needed with advance notice provided.
JOB DUTIES
Answering phones and distributing calls and messages to our team members
Welcoming anyone that stops by the office and helping them with their inquiry
Coordinating and scheduling projects including ordering and checking deliveries on materials, requesting line marks for utilities, creating electronic and printed job files for crew foreman and supervisors
Communicating with clients throughout their project with status and schedule updates or any other necessary information
Follow up with clients after completion of their project to assure their satisfaction and request reviews from them
Assist operations staff as needed with other tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Bi-lingual
Customer service oriented, responsive, and possess good follow up capabilities
Accommodating and friendly when talking to our clients
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
High School Diploma – Some College is Preferred
PAY / BENEFITS
Starting pay is $15.00/hour
