Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and appointments.
Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's calendar effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in insurance verification processes and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of automotive terminology and dealership operations is a plus.
