Seeking Administration Assistant/Receptionist
We are hiring a motivated and Responsible Administrative assistant for our Life Insurance Office.
Job Duties include; - Will train the right person
- Attending and transferring calls to the proper personnel
- Submitting applications into Agent portal
- Revising Emails and updating Agents on case changes
- Assisting customers and Agents with day to day duties
- Help with Office Organization/ Materials needed
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish in order to transfer calls from both clients and Agents
- Must be responsible
- Maintain a good communication and Charisma with all personnel
- Looking for a person willing to learn more and go above job duties required
Pay will begin at $15/ Hour depends on Experience and integrity shown.
Job Hours are Monday- Friday 9-5 pm
