Job title: Experienced Scheduler

Job Description:
We are looking for someone who oversees hiring, staffing, and all aspects of scheduling for all our accounts.
-Establishes, maintains, and reviews schedules
-Matches available staff to open posts
-Contacts and redeploys staff to fill call-offs
-Handles all schedule changes and client requests for guard changes
-Handle over 4,000-5,000 hours on your own.
-Responds to emails, texts, and cell phone calls from security officers and responds appropriately in a timely fashion
-Must be willing to work well under stress and collaborate with other staff to cover if needed.
-Identifies staffing needs of various posts and communicates this information to recruiter regularly
-Conducts interviews for hiring attempting to match a variety of personalities and skill levels to various site requirements
-Coordinates with Operations in regards to staffing needs, hiring strategies, and site procedures
Experience:
-Minimum of five (8) years verifiable and successful security field coordinator experience. You must be experienced handling scheduling for multiple accounts
-Competent using PC computer and MS Office Suite of software, knowledge of the programs Excel, and Tracktik.
-Associate degree or higher in any discipline preferred
-Must have reliable references
-Must be willing to work independently and as a team.
SHIFT AVAILABILITY:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, weekends as needed and must answer phone when needed.
