Seeking VERY ORGANIZED AND STRUCTURED person to help assist a fast growing insurance office.
Qualifications and Experience: (includes but not limited to)
- One year experience in customer service industry
- Organization skills
- Time management driven
- Bilingual / Spanish
- One year experience in the insurance industry (any insurance industry and underwriting of policies, has understanding of policy intake to submission to issue)
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 (excel, adobe, powerpoint)
- Multitasker that enjoys a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys a team environment
- Life licensed preferred (but can get licensed eventually)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, proactively follow-up and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Slides
- Familiar with basic math
Position Summary: Client Relations Manager
- Client and agent communication
- Review and collect outstanding Underwriting requirements
- Data entry
- Communicate with insurance carriers to help get policies issued
- Learn how to run insurance quotes (training provided)
- Organize, track and monitor status of all pending insurance cases
