(If you're not bilingual please DO NOT APPLY) The case manager must be reliable, hard worker, team player, organized, responsible, and punctual. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Job Resposabilities:
-Case investigation (Gather case information)
-Set up claims with insurance company
-Set client up with treatment/Follow up with treatment
-Send LOR's & LOP's
-Draft Demands
-File
-Relieve receptionist
