IMMEDIATE HIRE Flooring company has openings for office Administrator/Secretary
Duties include as follow:
- Great customer service/ Bilingual Spanish and English " IS NECESSARY"
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Microsoft and general computer skills.
- Able to multitask and to resolve problems with customers and employees
- Use QuickBooks to create Invoices and estimates, record keep
-Be well organized and able to work without supervision.
- Assist Supervisors with work orders, estimates, customer service, and other general admin work
- Hiring now with one-week training

-Stable work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm
