Ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Ability to update records, spreadsheets, databases with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to provide administrative support handling phone calls, data entry, timely email responses, etc.
Knowledgeable using MS Office.
Ability to learn QuickBooks and our current programs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to cater to our diverse clientele.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient in multi-tasking
Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation and good attendance.
Should be flexible to adjust schedule and overtime as needed.
