Job Title: Personal Assistant for Appointments, Travel, and Daily Organization

Are you organized, reliable, and proactive? We’re looking for a highly organized and personable Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with daily tasks, appointments, and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Scheduling & Management: Keep track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring timely reminders and efficient travel arrangements.

- Travel Coordination: Organize and manage both domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and creating detailed itineraries.

- Daily Task Management: Assist with maintaining personal and professional tasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

- Accompanying to Appointments & Travel: Travel with the employer to appointments and events, providing logistical support and managing schedules.

- Research & Admin Support: Handle research tasks, create reports, and assist with any administrative needs as required.

- Errands & Personal Assistance: Run errands, manage purchases, and handle any other personal tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to keep multiple tasks and appointments in order while staying on top of deadlines.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication is key when managing relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Flexible & Discreet: Must be comfortable working in various environments, adaptable to changing schedules, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Proactive & Self-Starter: Able to take initiative and work independently, anticipating needs before they arise.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using calendar apps, email management, and travel booking platforms.

- Driver’s License: A clean driving record and ability to drive for travel to appointments is a must.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an assistant, in travel coordination, or personal management is a plus.

- Ability to travel frequently and stay flexible with working hours.

- Valid driver’s license (car provided for work purposes).
