We are looking for an administrative and office assistant with a desire to learn and grow as a professional. Full Time Job duties include:
Opening and Closing Office
Perform general clerical duties and data entry
Entering & Closing Work Orders and Invoices
Answering phone and problem solving
Send & Reply to emails daily
Arrange and handle sample requests
Updating all internal lists and files as required/needed
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
The ability to multitask, attentive to detail, and well organized
Excellent communication skills both with team members and other business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and the Internet.
