Admin assistant for local paving company
Duties include but not limited to:
- Taking calls
- Composing and emailing estimates
- Following up with customers on invoices
- Inputting employee hrs into payroll system
- Other misc admin duties
Requirements:
- Knowledge and use of standard office software: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good time management skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Easy to train and fast learner
- Must be flexible with changes in tasks/duties to accommodate company growth
Schedule as follows:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm with a 1hr lunch and 2 15min breaks
