We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator.
In this role, you will oversee various aspects of our maintenance projects, collaborating closely with the maintenance crew, contractors, and clients to ensure these initiatives progress smoothly within budget.
This position requires strong organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive coordination plans, ensuring team alignment and communication, and promptly addressing any challenges that arise.
You will be the primary point of contact for status updates, issue resolution, and ensuring all aspects of the projects are meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed maintenance workflows, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and tenants to maintain synchronization.
Oversee the project process, including sourcing materials, monitoring progress, identifying issues, and taking corrective action.
Provide daily updates and reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve conflicts and develop innovative solutions.
