Duties:

Self Activation: Your discipline revolves around reflection, planning, and decisive action. We expect daily self-starters who are committed to continuous improvement.

Renewals and Recommendations: Research historical successes, identify what works, and develop strategies for improvement and replication.

Education: Summarize organizational needs, propose solutions, and engage with stakeholders to foster trust and secure ongoing support. Collaborate on presentations and materials to convey our mission effectively.

Cold Calls: Develop effective call scripts, experiment with strategies, and leverage our unconditional support to drive success.

Research: Utilize various platforms and resources to identify and cultivate support for our mission.

Creation: Monitor and nurture opportunities for future commitment, guiding prospects through our pipeline and facilitating engagement.

Follow-up: Professionally engage with stakeholders through various channels, nurturing their involvement with our mission.

Activating: Facilitate project commitments, empower individuals to self-monitor progress, and ensure effective communication.

Sustaining: Compile and analyze data to measure effectiveness, leveraging insights for ongoing improvement and sustainability.

Summary:

As a Sustainability Manager, you excel when:

You educate a minimum of ten individuals daily through various channels.

Our brand and mission reach hundreds of individuals and companies, generating organic interest and support.

You set up at least five weekly appointments, actively following up to drive outcomes.

You leverage existing networks to secure donations and ongoing support.

The Chief Executive Officer’s calendar is consistently filled with opportunities for outreach and education.

Responsibilities:

Proactively solve problems using internal and external resources, demonstrating daily self-starting initiative.

Formulate and execute plans meticulously, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.

Receive compensation based on performance, project outcomes, and overall contributions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience creating opportunities from sparse resources.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in computer literacy.

Eagerness to learn new software and platforms.

Knowledge of customer success processes

Fundraising strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Ecosystem Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field would be a plus.
