A wholesaler/distributor in Southwest Houston is looking for Warehouse Operations Staff to join our team. This full-time position involves various warehouse tasks, including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory, as well as supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager as needed.
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals who can adapt to daily tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack items accurately according to picking tickets
Securely pack and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping software
Conduct daily physical inventory counts
Assist in unloading cargo containers
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
Follow company processes and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills required
Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work dedicated hours
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
