Position Overview: As a Shop Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations by assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of various components and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stainless tubing, valve automation, and proficiency with power tools while prioritizing safety protocols.
Hands-on training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Bend stainless tubing according to specifications for various applications.
2. Assist in the assembly and testing of valve automation systems.
3. Operate handheld power tools.
4. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
6. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience bending stainless tubing and working with valve automation systems.
2. Proficient with power tools and machinery, with a focus on safety.
3. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
