Responsibilities:
Operate equipment used in mattress production.
Assemble mattress components according to specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
Package and prepare mattresses for shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
Schedule:
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break).
Total of 45 hours per week.
Must be clean background history
