DAY SHIFT, Monday through Friday
We are looking for a CNC Lathe and CNC Mill Operators.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent knowledge of FANUC and/or HAAS Controls.
5+ years of experience setting up, operating, and editing CNC Lathe machines.
Experience editing programs on CNC machines.
Must be able to work with little supervision.
Ability to troubleshoot production and adjust machines accordingly.
Basic programming experience a plus.
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities controls or control media as required insuring quality of production. Reports all machine malfunctions to immediate supervisor.
Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices for movement of parts.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra for the purpose calculating material fabrication.
