Job Description: As a CNC Operator at MT Geo-Tech Tools, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will work closely with our teams to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
Conduct test runs to ensure machines produce outputs according to specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize performance and quality.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Operator (minimum 1 years).
Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and precision measurement tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
Certification in CNC operation or machining is a plus.
